Firstly our first choice CB's are Jan and Fazio ( who will take the bully), next is Dier so than Vlad would be 4th choice, Reid is not going to replace the first three and ( imo) is no upgrade on Vlad as 4th choice. But we are not going to agree are we.

Have you watched Chiriches playing at centre back for us? He is an absolute liability.... Remember that we tend to compete on four fronts. This necessitates resting both of our first choice centre halves on a number of occasions.

I'm also not too sure why you feel that at their current level of ability/experience Reid would be behind Dier? He would be ahead of him and putting in a reasonable challenge to Fazio and Vertonghen for a place in the starting 11.
