That is because we haven't secured a sponsor yet. Press reports seem to be suggesting that Levy is looking for £20 million a year from the main headline naming rights sponsor but nobody is prepared to pay it. If the chairman had included that £20 million income in his budget then that is another £20 million that we are currently down.

In saying the above I do still wonder whether there is a tie up with Nike here. The extremely long term kit deal that was announced by Levy with little fanfare in autumn last year seemed a strange one, but if it was paired with a stadium sponsorship then it would make more sense. Irrespective of this however it fallacy to say that transfers and the stadium "are separate budgets" especially considering the stadium has gone over time and over budget.

I would estimate that the club are as much as £50 million down from the 6 month delay so far.... £1 million a match of income lost + Wembley hire costs + cost of fixing the issues with the critical safety systems.

No a right winger. Remember the whole joke 12 months ago was, 'I know he's a winger, but can he also play in the middle?'

Would agree with this, I see no point in buying players just to get the numbers up and then to see them nothing more then squad players next season. There have not been many BIG signings over the years in Jan and i am sure the Poch and Levy know this and will hold fire until the summer.

It does. He’s been going absolutely nowhere from the moment we signed him.

Surely Llorente going no where is the most apt description of his running style

If Milan can get a striker of Higuans quality on loan then surely we can try and do the same? At least whoever it is would know they won’t be competing with Kane.

If we can,t get a couple of players in now when we desperately need them ..we will have to change our motto to..."to dare is not to do"
Even if things do not work out exactly right we will have hopefully strengthened the Team.
I appreciate there are other views on this. But what will the manager have to say about this situation of injuries and once again were going to fall short through the obviously lack of ambition on the football Team at this moment in time.. I appreciate this is a tricky situation what with the Stadium but surely we should try to sign a player or two.
    Anyway......

    the squad

If we get a loan player it is likely to be James Wilson from Man U. Saw him when he was on loan at Brighton, he was awful.
