BREAKING | Tottenham Hotspur and Serge Aurier in talks over a mutual contract termination. agreed, the defender essentially becomes a free transfer and can join another club beyond the deadline.

Yes because Werner isn’t starting as an attacking midfielder, and they have plenty of other options there too (Mount, Havertz, Pulisic and Ziyech for two positions).

Yes he is. This season at least. We have players that can cover son. Admittedly they aren't as good as chelsea but chelsea spend a lot more than us.

You sure about that? I think he’s going to be a sub for Lukaku.
As for the original question, Chelsea’s depth in amf is exactly why it wouldn’t be the same even if Werner did play there as their clear first choice - as in our case Son is by far our most potent amf so having him as the first choice backup for Kane means we weaken that position, overwork him and leave less tactical flexibility.

From what I read earlier he was being passed around every club in the prem
And agent repping him said it was a hard sell as he was neither a RB or CB
Doesn’t mean he is gash of course but odd descriptions none the less
 
Arsenal will ruin him, like they’ve done with every other CB they’ve signed for the past 10 years.

No he isn’t. Go and check for yourself. He’s started one game in the league, as a lone striker, before Lukaku arrived. He hasn’t started since.

I think the story now is we went for the more expensive, more specialist RB, Tomiyasu is more like Tanganga/Davies that can play both FB & CB
 
I feel that Spurs had the best transfer windows in many years.

Bergwijn looks better, just get your shots on target..

Hope Nuno can fix Ndombeles head, i rate him high…
