Always knew ManCity will beat Watford easily in the FA Cup final. This is why I don't like the Mickey mouse teams like Watford playing in any Cup finals as they always become easy meat for the big teams. The 6-0 win is the joint biggest ever win in the FA Cup history since Bury beat Derby 6-0 in 1903 ! I think Wolves would have done better against ManCity but they bottled against Watford in the semi final.
So, ManCity win the treble of league, FA Cup and League Cup. The football world should thank us for stopping Emirates Marketing Project making a clean sweep of the trophies as we beat them in the CL Quarter finals. But looking at ManCity winning their 6th FA Cup, it is annoying that we have not even played in the FA Cup final since last winning it in 1991 !

They are very rare species ! You can count with one hand the number of these small teams beating big teams in the FA Cup final in the last 40 years : West Ham (1980), Coventry (1987), Wimbledon (1988), Everton (1995) and Wigan (2013).

Or maybe they should have a seeding system in the FA Cup to make sure only the deserved teams play in the Final. Even Emirates Marketing Project only faced weak teams all the way to the Final.

Why not just start the competition at the semi finals, and have the same 4 teams play every year. And the same for the PL, because all the other teams are brick and don't deserve to be there.That's a good idea.

Even better, they should give Spurs free ticket to the FA Cup final and let other teams fight for the other spot. Remember, we have lost our last 8 FA Cup semi finals and we need all the help we can get to play in our first FA Cup final since 1991 !
