The Definitive Worst Tottenham Eleven

Alan Hutton deserves a mention. Never knew if he was just going to let his man run straight past him, o if he was going to clatter him.

To qualify, does a player need to have played a minimum number of games, as otherwise there are some 'amazing' one game wonders

I want Jason C***Y in there a) Because he was brick & b) Because he's a c**t. Also a brick tv pundit now on "your on Sky Sports" with that dumb blonde who unconvincingly tries to make out she knows about football & is as wooden as they come, terrible double act. Even C****y's most memorable hour was a fluke goal against ipswich from nearly the half way line, can't have Edinburgh in there ahead of him it's just not right, still have fond memory of Justin shouting "yeeeesss" in to the camera as he walked off after collecting his winners medal in 91.

ahh Mabizela, couldnt even cut in our brick league in Norway when he played for V?Ñlerenga after us.

Whats happened to Stabaek over there? Couple of seasons ago they won the title and had 2 Top 3 finishes either side of it, I thought they were going to really kick-on, now they dont look like they can win a game

The curse of success. Almost every team that are doing good in Norway will sell their best players abroad, and their manager went to Rosenborg. the new stadium fudged up financially and they are now playing again on their old ground. Stab?ªk's squad is now very young and unproven, and also an unproven manager.

Oyvind "the best player in the world without the ball according to egil Olsen" leonhardsen and spurs hall of famer steffen "cult hero" Freund were brick too

Darren Anderton quoted in his autobiography as him being one of the finest players he's ever seen in training - nobody could get near him. However when it came to match day he went to pieces.

Old boy Moussa was blinding in the 6-2 win v Wimbledon wasnt he? Ran the midfield!

Stalteri should definitely NOT be in the XI, mainly thanks in part to his goal v the Spammers. will never forget that moment. Or Rosenthal for his hattrick v SCBC. Or Chris Armstrong, had a blinding forst season with Teddy with the unenviable task of filling Klinsmann's shoes. Ended up with a 1 in 3 goalscoring record, which considering how bad we were in the late 90s, is a very good return.
