I cannot see the logic in signing a 33 year old crock with 2 goals in 20 games.

I hope it's gonad*s personally.

If it isn't - one can only worry what our transfer policy/scouting/player management is all about

How about a late 65 million bid for Fabio Coentrao

I think Saha is a very good player, often the only creative spark in an increasingly flat everton team. He could do a job for us but his Injury record is terrible and he's only gonna be good for another year tops. If he stays fit he's a good stop gap but not the signing anyone was hoping for, seems a really odd transfer to me

Excellent - alert the ITKs

We have a steal here. Probably even younger than those clogger crocks being mentioned next door

It seems to be hurried about... Maybe in reaction to Pav's bust up? Ley finally concedes he needs to let Pav go and for a sensible price, Saha is fast tracked as a 6 month stop gap?

If he could manage game time with us I think he'd be a danger for us. I always dread him coming on as a sub against us.

I hope if he does sign, we all get behind him. Groans as he comes of the bench wouldn't be an ideal introduction, though I doubt that would happen.

Looking at the Everton boards, the consensus is mixed. Many are cartwheeling shouting "suckers!" whilst a fair few seem to think he is limited by the style of Everton's play, and could in fact do quite well given the chance in a more attacking side.

Maybe everyone misheard it, it's not Louis Saha, it's Alan Partridge-aha. It would make more sense, he could give the half time presentations on the pitch too instead of that bloke who looks like he's talking around the corner.

Louise Aha?
