Their players must have to live within a commutable distance from Leicester.

Transfer requests must be a daily occurrence for them.

I thought Foden looked an outstanding prospect in the World Cup, a player who appeared to have vision and the ability to pass, dribble and shoot.

Should be playing adult football some where. A lot who look good at that age will not progress with the chances, but the ones that become world class or even legends of the game, they are all playing at his age. He will probably get the odd subs appearance and odd cup match. But I will bet with anyone on here that he will not play 20 games for city in the next 2 years by which time he will be approaching 20 and similar players in France and Germany will be ahead of him.

Cheeky bid? £30m plus Sissoko, Chadli and Townsend?

Now that we know how much Leicester want for him, I assume that people will not think that he is a realistic target in the summer.

Never was with his current wages. Cant see what he would add to our team now that we have taken a chance on Moura

I suspect had the offer come in 2 weeks ago it might have been a different story

Possibly but I cannot see them dropping below £50-60m which I think would put him out of our reach for a squad player.

For us? Absolutely. City? Maybe not.

    I think the £95m was deadline-day-taking-the-tinkle premium

I think so too. My original post was a forlorn hope that people would not be resurrecting this thread in anticipation of us signing him in the summer. That said, I think that City's interest was only to see them through the next few months.
