Other Clubs Transfer Thread

That is desperation mate, complete panic setting in that they may be on the verge of being out top 4 for a more sustained period.

And I think it's fair enough they spend the money if they can afford it, they're trying to prevent a Liverpool situation where they go in to a 25 year decline. Whether they're buying the right people is another matter, but I think they absolutely should be splashing the cash now.

can they afford it though, i read its a loan as they cant afford to buy him due to FFP rules

"Pete O'Rourke ‏@SkySportsPeteO 38s
Niko Kranjcar has arrived at Loftus Road to seal a move back to Queens Park Rangers. #QPR"

Now all 'Arry needs is VdV

Manchester United forwards wages-

Falcao 346k
Rooney 300k
RVP 250k
Di Maria 182k
Mata 140k

An astonishing £1,228,000 per WEEK

In a month these five people will make more than I will earn from a lifetime of honest work.

Completely different debate, but these amounts really are ridiculous. I'm all for rewarding people who excel in whatever they do, but I don't think these obscene, rapidly increasing footballer wages are good for the game. Only serves to further alienate players from fans, IMO.

Wenger was ridiculed by the press when he said money would ruin the game many years ago

Yea I've no idea, but they must be able to afford a fair bit more than most clubs? What they've spent since moyes took over I'm sure is pushing FFP, but like Liverpool the other year, if they're not in Europe they don't get penalized do they? I'm sure I read Liverpool didn't face any punishment because of that.

So its AFC who were lying then and not SSN, is that so theri fans dont riot at having signed Danny W

I think everyone is lying today. A transfer isn't off again/on again a dozen times in one day. Reposting the same two stories every other hour is profitable though.

Totally agree. although market forces dictate... and not common sense.

Crystal Palace have completed the signing of James McArthur from Wigan Athletic for a reported club record fee of £7m.

Hull City have signed midfielder Gaston Ramirez on a season-long loan deal from Southampton.

Norwich have signed centre-half Ignasi Miquel from Arsenal on a permanent deal for an undisclosed fee.

Alex Kacaniklic has signed a new two-year deal with Fulham but he will spend the rest of the current season on loan with FC Copenhagen.

Tom Cleverley will NOT be joining Everton and will stay at Manchester United.
