Much more exaserbation at his lack of basic technique and ability, general acceptance he is a dud and bewilderment at the level of undeserved support he had at the time.

Certainly more spoiled from the early promise seen in the thread.

I was scanning through yesterday, its noticeably different around that time.

Great to see us win and keep alive our chances to progress to the next round of the CL. It was not really a convincing performance but we got the much needed win. We dominated the match but failed to make use of our domination until the winning goal. It was really tensed as we didn't look like scoring until the goal. Our attack looked toothless for most of the match until getting the late goal. Fortunately for us, Sissoko inspired us just when we needed it most.

Credit to Eriksen for scoring the crucial goal and Alli for assisting the goal. But Sissoko deserves most of the credit for setting up the goal with his brilliant run and pass. Unfortunately, all our key players were ineffective for most of the match. Kane, Lamela and Moura had a poor match. Kane seemed like was helping our defence more than our attack. Really thought Moura and Lamela will inspire us but they failed to lift us. Apart from the assist, Alli was missing for most of the match as well. Eriksen and Son came on to put more bite into our attack, especially Eriksen as he got the crucial goal.

Our midfield of Winks and Sissoko did well to control the match. Was worried about Winks starting but thought he did well. Sissoko was easily our man of the match. He not only made the difference for us by setting up the goal but he also worked hard for us. Sissoko is easily our most improved player this season and this match just proves it.

Well done to our defence for keeping this clean sheet. Inter were poor and didn't really test our defence. But the likes of Lloris, Alderweireld and Vertonghen did their part well. It was great to see Vertonghen back in defence as he helped us to stop Inter. Even Aurier and Davies played well in defence without making any mistakes of note.

We badly needed this win to keep alive our chances to progress to the next round of the CL. Just wish we had won more comfortably. Now, we have the tough task of having to beat Barcelona to progress to the next round. Let's hope we will have all our best players available when we play Barcelona next.
