New Stadium and Training Ground - Pg 104 Northumberland Park master plan

We should just unsticky this thread now... Maybe the powers that be will hear about and it will remind them that they haven't provided any updates for a while.. :(

Why don't we ever get ITK about stuff to do with our club other than transfer gossip?

Maybe we do, but it gets drowned out by endless, endless waffle

There's a poster (Edmonton Spurs?) on COYS who apparently posts fairly regular stadium itk. Usually pretty reliable info. I'm not on COYS but his posts are very occasionally posted in the Skyscrapercity thread. One posted yesterday read:

Ed said a few days ago that it's "very encouraging that a lot of progress is suddenly being made" on some of the more problematic aspects of the project.

How about the average of the two?

An average wouldn't be helpful ... it would be between two or three years and infinity (never).

If the funding is available and the current plans are used then it's summer 2013 start, summer 2014 set up partial stadium for use, and summer 2015 for completion (this seems very soon, so am I missing a year?). For reasonable delays add a year.

4.4. Predicted Construction Effects

4.4.1. The site is currently occupied by a number of different uses, including the existing Tottenham
Hotspurs FC football stadium, commercial and residential units, and will require extensive
demolition works. The project will proceed in a number of stages, the key stages are:

· Northern Buildings Demolition – Q3-Q4 2010
· Northern Retail Developments – `Q1-Q4 2011 (includes junction improvements)
· Stadium Build First Phase – Q2 2011-Q3 2013
· North Stand Existing Stadium demolition and lay pitch – Q2-Q3 2013
· Demolition Remainder of Existing Stand – Q2-Q3 2013
· Complete Stadium Second Phase – Q3 2013 – Q3 2014
· Southern Residential Development – Q3 2014 – Q3 2016

This was the old plan, looks like we can just add two years to all of them.

2 years to a season ticket \o/

You would assume the increase in the new season tickets wouldn't happen much until the stadium is complete. Otherwise the 3/4 full season would have hardly any general sale/bronze tickets available and people would be going mental.

:-k From KSS twitter account from event 12-13 Dec 2012 in Amsterdam

I did a little magnifier on the picture and noticed that the buildings to the west of the High Road are different colour. Would the expansion go further past the stadium and flats than first thought.
