    Literally love it when the weather is good, get out as much as I can, Vitamin D is so important

    I did full brisket last weekend on the weber, 14 hours.
    A light salt, pepper, smoked paprika and cummin rub and a little apple wood for smoke.
    Was bloody amazing.
