Grass roots and the premier league

Gents I was made aware of a petition regarding funding in Grass roots football after listening to Collymore this evening. As a father of a football crazy boy who's last two games have been called of due to badly looked after pitches I for one would like to see more investment from the cash rich premier league. So if you see fit have a look you never know might make a difference.
