Fixture & Ticket News 2021/22

Fixture changes – February

Southampton (h) – remains Wednesday 9 February, kick-off 7.45pm – BT Sport
Wolverhampton Wanderers (h) – now Sunday 13 February, kick-off 2pm

It's because Wolves play on Thursday in the preceding midweek round.

Uncanny though, they happened to be playing us that weekend though. Shouldn't complain. We couldn't go on that Saturday, seeing Milton Jones at the Lowry. But now its moved have a chance, plenty of single seats available, going to hold on for some pairs to come available

COVID-19 update: Plan B entry requirements
Following the UK Government’s announcement that its 'COVID-19 Autumn and Winter Plan B' will now be implemented, we should like to update supporters on the introduction of new protocols for all match-attending fans.

The new requirements come into effect from today (Wednesday 15 December) and apply to all home and away match attenders aged 18 and over.

1. Self-declaration form
• Supporters must declare their COVID status via completion of an online form, a link to which will be sent via email. This declaration should be completed no later than three hours before attending a match
• By making this declaration, you agree to bring a valid COVID Pass and be prepared to show this when requested, and confirm you will not attend a match if experiencing COVID-19 symptoms
• Season Ticket Holders, One Hotspur Members, Executive Members and match ticket purchasers over 18 need to complete this form only once for all home and away matches this season

2. Proof of COVID status
• Supporters must be prepared to present a valid COVID Pass (or international equivalent) or proof of a negative test result. Methods of proving your COVID status on a matchday include:
o A digital NHS COVID Pass via the NHS App
o A printed PDF version of the NHS COVID pass
o A negative lateral flow or PCR test result email or text obtained within 48 hours of kick-off
o An NHS COVID Pass letter
o An EU Digital COVID certificate
o An international equivalent provided by your local governing body

Any supporter unable to provide proof of their COVID status when asked by a steward will be denied entry to the stadium - spot checks at the stadium will be increased significantly under Plan B regulations.

We thank supporters for their continued support and understanding as we introduce the updated protocols and work to maintain a safe and enjoyable matchday experience for all.

Question
If I forward my ticket on what happens if the game tomorrow is called off, will it go back to me ??

Following the cancellation of our Europa Conference League fixture against Stade Rennais, we shall issue you a refund equal to one third of the full price of your Group Stage package.

The refund will be issued to the debit or credit card used to make the original three-game purchase, excluding fees. Refunds will be processed in the next 48 hours and may take up to five working days to appear in your account.

You do not need to do anything. If we cannot process your refund, we shall contact you to arrange it.

Please note, Ticketing Points have been applied for the two previous Europa Conference League Group Stage home matches you attended and will not be applied for the cancelled Stade Rennais fixture.

If I drive on Boxing Day coming from Essex/North Circ does anybody know of any parking places they use

Don’t forget that inside the North Circ now has the £12.50 ULEZ charge including Boxing Day.

Not sure if anywhere to park in Edmonton Green/Silver Street

Ta for that
Do tubes/overground run on Boxing Day ??
Wonder about driving somewhere near a tube station maybe

@Bedfordspurs do you have to get there mega-early ??

Tbh we dont normally get there until about 30 mins before kick-off.

There is some spaces on the pavement on West Road, which there is probably no time limit on return. But if they guide you into the car park with gates, you normally have about 45 mins to get back to the car.
It gets a little gridlocked on the way out back towards the Ikea, but you get out in the end

Surprised the club didn't wait for a decision on whether it will be one leg or two. But I suppose with the holiday period they need to get things underway now in case we are playing w/c 3 Jan.
