Either on TV or at the game.

For me in no order:

FA Cup semi vs the Goons 1991 - 3-1
I was 20 years old, holidaying in Devon with a 35 year old woman I was seeing. Everything in the world was good haha.

vs Emirates Marketing Project 2010 - 1-0
Finally into the Champs League

vs Chelsea 2015 - 5-3
I actually had difficult believing what I was watching.

Champs League semi vs Ajax 2019 - 2-3
The greatest comeback of all time? I actually missed the last 2 mins of the game. Came back to see we'd done it. I was both gutted and over the moon.

Carling Cup semi vs Goons 2008 - 5-1
Sitting in a pub in Camden and not believing the football we were playing. Absolutely fantastic.

vs West Ham 20017 - 4-3
More last minute madness on this one. I'm still tinkled off with the commentator screaming "Oh no" as Stalteri scored.

I'm sure there are more, but these are the ones that stuck out for me.

A few that jump into my head -

3-2 Arse away (1960)

8-1 Gornik

2-1 Benfica

7-2 Liverpool

3-2 Man C (FA Cup Final)

3-2 Arse away (2010)

5-3 Chelsea

3-2 Ajax

Edit:

4-4 Arse away (1963)

4-4 Arse away (2008)

How on earth did you miss the last two minutes of this?!?! Gutted you missed it!

A 2-0 over Villa a few years ago, they only had one touch in our box the entire game.

The Crouch @ City game.

Every time we beat the dippers.

Finally beating Chelsea.

That 0-0 at Old Trafford where Gomes made about a thousand world class saves.

champions league qualifer 2nd leg - first time to hear that music at the Lane and then watch the Crouch, Defoe, Bale etc show win 4-0 and overturn the 3-2 defeat from the 1st leg.

great thread. both of mine were 2010. i was 25, not a care in the world. Included the match reports to give you the feels...

Spurs 3-1 Inter Milan - Beating the European Champions at home, 3-1. What a day, just incredible, whilst Bale arrived at the away game to Inter, it was this game where he called a taxi for Maicon: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/europe/9145936.stm

Spurs 2-1 Arsenal - as i recall, we hadn't beaten them in years and came close a couple of times but never got it over the line, this was the first game to break that. Gomes made a couple of quality saves that day: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_prem/8616181.stm

Arsenal 3-2 away Kaboul winner
Chelsea 3-1 away Dele brace

Were both pretty special!

4-1 at home to city
3-0 man united
5-3 chelsea

All ones under Poch that jump out also!

Last game I saw at the old Lane gets an honorable mention. We were in the race for the title - sunshine and nice weather in London, Kane back from injury and we smashed Watford 4-0 - Dele scoring a beautiful curled shot in the top bins. We were electric that day, could've won by 10 - such a commanding display. A lovely final day out at the Lane.

Spurs 3 Goons 1, 1991 fa semi (Gazza)

Pool 1 Spurs 2, 1995 fa quarters (Juergen + Teddy)

wimbledon 0 Spurs 1, league cup semi 1999 (Iversen)

Spurs 5 Chelsea 1, League cup Semi 2001?

Spurs 2 Chelsea 1, league cup final 2008

I moved away in 2006 so kind of missed our good teams!

Win vs Scum at the Lane with Danny Rose's volley. Plus the one where Ziege got that amazing free kick, (did we win that though?) plus the Chelsea League cup semi....great matches....

Toronto FC 2 - 3 Tottenham Hotspur. BMO Field, Toronto. Full house (25k or so) and big turnout of Spurs fans.

Ben Davies makes his debut. Jermaine Defoe plays for Toronto. I'm there on photo assignment. One of my photos showing both players gets published next day in The Guardian. Didn't get much on Spurs second half sub, #37. A very young Harry Kane. Did get some close ups of Pochettino pre-game at the bench. Had to endure the cruel and unusual punishment of his smile - teeth quite yellow.

Tottenham 2-1 Emirates Marketing Project, Sept. 1979. Only time I've visited WHL, at a time when I was not knowledgeable about English football. I was aware of Spurs because that was my grandad's team, the black sheep in a Liverpool-mad family in Belfast. Summer holiday in N.Ireland, Scotland and England to visit friends and family before starting university. Hung around after seeing Led Zeppelin's final concert at Knebworth. Stayed with an uncle down in Southampton and he got me into The Dell for their home opener vs. ManU. Tight, noisy, reeking of cigarette smoke. Have to not let on I'm a fan of ManU's Jimmy Nicholl (fellow Ulsterman who, years later, played for the NASL Toronto Blizzard and took me to dinner in the directors lounge at Ibrox). Final long weekend in London, using free empty hotel rooms acquired by a friend who was working for a hotel chain (new room every night, changed hotels twice in five days). Hospitality manager offers tickets for Spurs on Saturday, Arsenal or West Ham on Sunday. I took the Spurs game naturally. Went with another hotel employee who was pals with my friend.

Plenty of beers pre-match in a pub near the ground, where they poked good natured fun at my Canadian accent. Pretty tipsy at the stadium, which is loud and lively. Spurs lead 1-0 until ManCity equalize late on and everyone is disappointed, many starting to leave. Which blocked my view of the winner scored by Hoddle, forever my favourite Spurs player. But what a roar. Back to the pub, more fun and laughs as happy fans review the game. Return to the hotel, a confirmed Spurs fan for life.

Wow so many great games over the years so its hard to choose. I remember going up to Anfield in 1985, we had not won a game there for decades ( since the titanic went down) and we ended up winning 1-0 with Crooks scoring. Took us two days to get home and we were still tinkled. :D

Mines a strange one particularly because I can't remember the score, date or how I got home. Fulham away circa 06 or 07, there was a general feel of the club going in the right direction. I bumped into loads of mates I hadn't seen for years, Fulham bless them had the lovely idea of a neutral stand entirely and obviously completely populated by Spurs fans. The atmosphere was just fantastic, Bale was still a traditional left winger, none of that Redknapp madness of inverting him :D and he was magnificent, truly beautiful.
Walked through the park by the river after the game again bumping into a ton of old friends, ending up on Putney High Street, what a sight, it was just Spurs, wall to wall Yids having an absolute ball. Like I said, not a clue how I got home, what time day or week but fudge it was a fun day.
If anyone could fill me in on what the score was that would be great :D

Was it the 3-3 game where Fulham scored an equalizer through an overhead kick in the last minute? Bale scored and was magnificent that game.

I've also been to Craven Cottage in the "neutral" stand, was only Spurs fans there that time too - back in 06 or 05, Rasiak played horribly for us, and we lost to a last minute Michael Dawson own goal. :p

Arsenal 4-4 Spurs. Was with a friend who supports arsenal, and we were in a posh box. I sat quietly watching all game, but when the 4-4 equaliser went in, I could not contain myself, and went mental! Did not go down well with the others in the box, but I couldn't care less :D

'62 cup final against Burnley. First cup final I went to, couldnt get tickets for 61 final. Cup was magic those days, friendly fans wanting to enjoy the day, loads of rosettes, proper scarves, big homemade hats and rattles. Big band playing music you knew with words that made sense, old duffer in white suit leading the singing from a scaffold in middle of pitch. Never saw any drunks, fighting or heard offensive chanting.
Most people have no idea how big this event was back then, more of the population knew who won the cup than which team were league champions.
Didn't have to have the arse analysed out of the game for the next week by a bunch of idiots on TV or social media and losers were treated with respect and not just mugs.

Some of my favourite attended -

Tottenham 4 - Chelsea 4 - 2008 - http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_prem/7298146.stm - this game felt like a proper epic battle. Derailed their title challenge as well.
Tottenham 5 - Arsenal 1 - 2008 - http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/league_cup/7197913.stm - sat in the shelf - atmosphere was insane.
West Ham 2 - Tottenham 3 - 2013 - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/21495920 - ended up a couple of rows in front of me when Bale's goal went in. Sprinted home afterwards. This was in the day when members could get away tickets (got a season ticket for 2015 season)
Stoke 0 - Tottenham 4 - 2016 - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/36012036 - got hime at 3am on a tuesday morning but was worth it - this felt like peak poch for me.
Tottenham 0 - Emirates Marketing Project 1 - 2019 - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/47857289 - (was this the second game in the new stadium) - buzzing after this

Tottenham 2 - Arsenal 2 - 2016 - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/35659805 - i went mental when Kane's goal went in - but it is always tarnished (and we bring it out on socials loads) due to the fact that we were held 2-2 by 10 men arsenal and missed the chance to go top.

Berbatov should have won it at the death, still annoys me...

People have mentioned all the obvious ones, I'll add Charlton 2-3 Spurs in 2005, 2 nil down at HT, Bent had scored twice and had motioned a 2-0 sign at the away end at HT when getting some stick, went off injured shortly into the second half and we came back to win, Keane, Ledley and Mido scored I think. Not sure why but always stuck with me, was a great game to be at.

Also why I never really warmed to Darren Bent.
