FA Cup 2022

So no trains at all between London/Liverpool/Manchester for their SF yet it still goes ahead at Wembley
Just play it at Old Trafford but that is far too sensible for the FA to do

That should probably always have been the plan but Man U are scheduled to play a home PL game on Sat 16th and now the PL have scheduled Man U v Liverpool for Tuesday 19th meaning that they have to play their SF on the Sat (16th). The only work around would be for Man U game (v Norwich) to go forward to the Easter Friday.

Its bizarre that FA Cup SF scheduled for Easter weekend which presumably would have been known when the schedule was drawn up last summer.

Play it at Villa Park, make it one of the best occasions for years and put pressure on these semi’s to be played at neutral venues round the country again. The Wembley semis has been one of the worst introductions to modern day football, I’m sure it’s at least partially led to the devaluing of the competition.

Can I put in my expenes for trips to Birmingham, Leeds and Sheffield for my trips to semis to the F.A ? Is it's only moaning northern's who must be stroked.

Considering we were a little unlucky to draw at anfield, you'd think Chelsea would emulate our setup. But they are giving pool a lot of space to play in.
