It's the first qualifying round, it basically replaces the old intertoto cup. The ridiculousness is that West Ham have to start at this stage, though it's funny for us.

The fair play entrants, West Ham, had Diafra Sakho sent off after 14 minutes but still managed a 1-0 win against Lusitanos in Andorra. Next up it's Birkirkara of Malta on 16 & 23 July.
