He's not the only one who has slinked off though. Have noticed that Kane's knuckles seems to have healed up as well. Hmmm...

    PS joke. Allegedly. No ITK.

Not sure what's receding faster - his hairline or his career

Think he's had a few. Thankfully he appears to have seen sense and is letting it go gracefully.

    He does look sad though.

He really needs to get out of that club and get playing again.

Would have liked to have seen more effort from him in our colours in his last 18 months but at the same time I take no pleasure in his career going downhill either, he acted no worse than Modric or Berbatov did who are still revered by fans.

He behaved better than both Modric and Berbatov. He was never unavailable to play unlike the aforementioned. I hope he can turn things around wherever he plays because he gave us some very good years and seems a decent lad even if things ended badly here.

He turned up purely in body not in spirit. Modric put a shift in that last season.

That's somewhat true. But Modders refused to play against City that year when we got whacked 5-1 at home. Eriksen never refused to play.

And as bad as he was last season, I always thought he was trying but stuff wasn't coming off and he was protecting himself from injury towards the end. I don't think that was a deliberate "I don't give a f**k and I'm gonna take the tinkle". I reckon he knew he was leaving so naturally wasn't as on it as he would have been a year or two before. The managers knew the situation and played him so I don't hold any ill will towards him.

    Cheeky (loan) bid?

Perhaps he’s realised what a good thing he had going here and now the penny’s dropped that he ain’t on Barcelona’s radar Eriksen might rediscover his mojo...

I still maintain he was suffering from depression.

And Modric was destined for a bigger club... Eriksen-sen-sen wanted one but didn’t get one
Maybe the big teams thought his meteorology wasn’t right

I don’t see him getting a big move again

I suppose it depends what you call a big move, I would not be surprised to see Pooch go for him if he gets the chance.
