CANCELLED ***OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Leyton Orient***

Could we not play LO next week instead of Chelsea/Barnsley. Then play the winner of that game during the international break. Surely we have enough players to put out a team of players not on international duty, same with Chelsea or Barnsley?

barnsely yes, but the only player at Spurs or Chelsea who won’t be called up is likely Alli

This game will be the first of many to be called off and fixture chaos will follow. Earlier this year I suggested football should have been organised on a regional basis to reduce travel and games, unfortunately too many people just think about themselves and cant see the bigger picture. Government backdown to parent pressure and send kids back to school in the idiotic belief kids will follow guidelines and then incredibly allow pubs to open as everyone behaves responsibile with a few pints inside them, all this in the hope that Bojo the Clown can be re-elected on the back of these populist actions.

yeah, having us travel all the way to <checks notes> Leytonstone, really isn't sustainable

;)

you are right though, trying to get a barely reduced calendar through in the current situation is hubristic

You have a north London lge;
Barney
Tottenham
Watford(it counts because it has the tube)

East London;
Orient
Spammers
Southend (because the airport says so)

Sth London:
Palace
Millwall
Woolwich
Etc

Maybe you are attempting to be humorous but allowing teams to travel around the country to areas that are in lockdown seem irresponsible to me, the situation at Leyton Orient shows that by allowing lower league teams not to take test you remove a safety element and their procedures where either not up to standard or ignored by their staff.

North of the river, in the same way that Woolwich is south.

If you're including Southend, then Crawley might also be included

On the same basis as Southend, wouldn’t Luton then count too?
