Get past all that, he has to compete with Pep, Klopp, Poch, Emery, he's completely out of his depth and his two best players would stab themselves to get out of the club. And he is in a completely dysfunctional club setup.

The Red Devils have been linked with Fernandes, the Portugal star, all summer and were understood to be on the brink of completing that move.
However their Premier League rivals Tottenham have now seemingly moved ahead in the race - leaving United with a transfer headache.

The club have sent a delegation to Portugal to explore the possibility of signing Sporting Lisbon’s Bruno Fernandes, while they remain in talks with Real Betis for playmaker Giovani Lo Celso.
Spurs will not sign both players but are determined to secure one or the other, as a long-term replacement for Eriksen, before the window shuts at 5pm next Thursday. Expectation is fading that Eriksen, who scored in Wednesday’s friendly against Bayern Munich, will agree a new contract — which has one year left to run — despite the offer of a lucrative deal that would make him one of Tottenham’s best-paid players.
The 27-year-old has said he wants a “new challenge” and is interested in joining a title challenger in Spain, although he has made it clear he will remain at Spurs if the right club does not make an offer.
Spanish clubs have until August 31 to sign players and Spurs are conscious that they may have to sell Eriksen after Thursday’s deadline, rather than risk losing him for nothing next summer. They are therefore intensifying plans to sign Fernandes or Lo Celso.
Betis are holding out for Lo Celsco’s full £88million release clause, with 20 per cent of any fee due to his former club Paris Saint-Germain. Spurs are willing to pay closer to £60m.
Sporting reportedly want £64m for Fernandes, 24, who scored 23 goals from midfield for Sporting and Portugal last season and is also admired by Manchester United.

But surely better to turn him into a fringe player for a year (understudying Lo Celso and Alli) than have him strengthen a direct rival?
A year getting very rusty will mean the only option he has next summer will be going back to Ajax.

Thursday saw reliable claims that Spurs had sent officials to Lisbon to try and agree a deal for the Sporting player. In the evening it was reported Spurs’ latest offer wasn’t close enough to the €70m asking price, and further meetings were suggested.
Friday’s edition of Record has Bruno and Jorge Mendes splashed all over the front page.
The headline inside says Tottenham ‘don’t give up’, and it explains they’re making a ‘strong attack’ for the player.
Record have some real detail and explain one of the two officials Spurs sent to Lisbon was Matthew Collecott, operations and finance director. They’re not going to be plucking that from thin air.
After an initial offer of €45m had been laughed off, Tottenham are said to have returned with €60m, which was refused as Sporting want a minimum of €70m.
Two hours into the meeting, Collecott is said to have called talks off, but it’s thought further meetings can be held in the coming days.
As for Mendes, he’s said to be helping Miguel Pinho, Bruno’s agent, with the deal.
Given it’s August 2nd, and Pinho hasn’t yet come up with a move for a 24 year old midfielder who scored 32 goals and made 18 assists last season, he probably needs all the help he can get.
