If you watch sci-fi before blade runner and then sci-fi after you can see why it was so important.... I don't particular like the film but can see why its so well respected.

I kind of get that, like the shining and some of the movies on the list I don't like.
It's not that I think they are bad movies, just not my cup of tea.
Scarface though, that's terrible IMHO.
 
What? A fish called Wanda is one of the funniest movies in history! Blade runner is a 13 to the dozen action movie. What's wrong with you lot?
