Tottenham Hotspur started the 2019-20 season as UEFA Champions League Runners-Up after playing in what was arguably the most important match in the Club’s 137-year history against Liverpool at Madrid’s Wanda Metropolitano Stadium on 1st June.

I had totally forgot we played in a CL final. It's always lovely to get a sudden jolt of the pain of that game though, nice one!

A season review means that this has all been real so I'd rather we just didn't acknowledge this at all, but that's just me.*
