4chan restrictions birthed 8chan for this same reason, it will surely go somewhere else now. Probably onto some Tor server on the dark web. It will disrupt things for a while at least but as you say this stuff needs to be crushed every time it rears its ugly head.
Dorsey has a lot to answer for too.

Does the guy not understand that ‘a handful of people’ are more than capable of racking up a hundred kills between them in the space of 5 minutes?

That doesn’t even happen on GTA online with 30 players going at it simultaneously.
