He was great, but take issue with him being by far the best character after Tony. I thought most (if not, all) the characters and cast that played them were awesome.

how do you choose one over the other with the likes of Tony, Paulie, Uncle Junior, Christopher, Silvio, Carmella… just an outstanding cast and show full stop.

it was an outstanding cast, I stand by my statement though, although Carmella and Uncle Junior may sway me a little

I mean, Paulie was amazing so I’m not really arguing against it per se, just that it seemed a bit dismissive of the best characters/cast I’ve ever seen put together (personal opinions and all that!).

Probably for the tv thread, but i must have watched it 4 or 5 times all the way through and it’s just genius, faultless tv.

Apparently Lou Ottens was the person who invented the cassette tape and he died in March last year.

The Arsenal/Spurs thing pales into insignificance when placed alongside the fact that he came from Bangor, Co Down which, to a Newtownards man like me, is the ultimate in degradation for any human being.

And he was a died-in-the-wool Tory.
