Last World Cup there was a far more blatant denial of a clear goal. Think it was a Croatian game where two players were through in the box and there was a blatant goal happening. One of them was cynically fouled and it was a yellow and a pen. Much clearer than this one tonight. At the time people said there’d been a rule change.

not really, first game the dutch won their defense looked woeful, only just squeezed a 3-2 win versus the ukraine
but the Czechs have been admirably strong at the back, running everywhere - the team togetherness looks very strong

Reputation and expectation, I agree the hype over the Netherlands group performance was unwarranted.
The Czechs lost to England and only put two past Scotland, today has been their best performance so far.
