Sanchez hardly covered himself in glory against Brentford which makes his selection all the more puzzling. Especially when all of our CB’s appear to be fit.

Stevie is out and you can say that Bale and Lamela are recovering from injury, but Moura in place of Sissoko would have been a more natural choice IMO...or even shoe-horning Dele in rather than Sissoko

Maybe playing Sanchez allows us to press higher up the pitch than when we play with Toby. Perhaps because of Tobys lack of pace, we have to sit a bit deeper than we otherwise would?
