I don't believe that it is possible to postpone the election. Or at least doing so would be very complex and there isn't an obvious route for him to do it.

I think that it is most likely that he will claim victory after being ahead on the overnight count and then try to claim that the postal votes that he loses by are not valid. Starting legal wranglings.
