I do think there would have been a much bigger reaction from their players, teletext account and fans if the NLD derby result had been reversed. I hope the point isn’t proved if they win the FA Cup.
 
Hope he gets his head turned and goes elsewhere, even if I think he can be wasteful and not a great penalty taker, he’s had back to back 20 goal league seasons and was the difference in the cup final. No manager wants to be going into the market looking to replace a goal scorer.
 
It was a very smart move to make him captain. Gave him that extra responsibility and meant he couldn’t sulk anymore.

300k a week for a 31 year old though? I don’t know, could be another Özil situation on the horizon?
