After Pool did us a favour last night, Chelscum need at least a point off Wolves to be absolutely sure of CL qualification. So EL is ( virtually) in our own hands. Please guys, let's not blow it - and start the long road back to show we aren't chokers.

Well lets hope Jose can sprinkle some magic dust to turn our chokers into winners ( at last).

I know you put virtually in there, but Wolves are a good team very much capable of beating Chelsea.

Is not in our hands, but all we can do is beat Palace and that is very much in our hands.

They should get the point they need but if they do lose it will be particularly galling if they still get CL - all leicester would have to do is avoid defeat to send them to the EL!

Yes it would mean seventh for us and probably no EL but it would be awesome to scupper the latest spending splurge from their sugar daddy.

That was after an hour. I want some respect for my mental prowess

There was me thinking you'd mispelt Merson a bunch of times, apparently he reckons he'd do a better job up front than Kane under the meagre miserly anti football we're sloshing out these days (whilst finishing above the Arse).

I mentioned in another thread but I'm on a vibe that this is like a final. Opportunity to put everything out there, to claw back one slight slight saving grace which can provide a bit of forward momentum considering how much of an outright disaster this could've been. Nobody will ever know if Poch could've got the squad back onside if we hadn't make the change, I hope so due to many of the players owing him but irregardless of the steps to get there, we are where we are.

Along with other shouts, unchanged line up makes sense to me. Makes sense to reward the likes of those that have been doing their job (Moura comes to mind as one of those for sure). I'd hope we'd see a bit more of the ball for this one, which will put a bit more pressure on GLC but imo Winks has been showing a bit more confidence in those areas too which helps.

It's probably too much to ask for a comfortable performance and a clean sheet isn't it?

Why does the season always end with everyone playing on a Sunday? Why not a Saturday? fudging hate that. Also, did we paly any Saturday afternoon matches after the lock down? I reckon we had the brickest fixture list of any club.

It's like they think nobody will bother to go out drinking afterwards if it's on a Sunday. Yeah, right.
