I hope he doesn’t get injured soon. I can imagine the opponents will be told to stop him whatever the cost in future. He’s becoming like Bale was for us. He can score goals from anywhere, can beat defenders with ease, and can do it by himself. One of the signings of the decade for us..no doubt. What a player.

I adore Sonny, he's one of my favourite ever Spurs players because he's a wonderful player and seems like a really good lad. He's everything that's good about football.

But Bale was on another level. He was producing goals from nothing most weeks to win us games. For his last season and a half particularly he was the best player I've seen in a Spurs shirt. Just a shame he didn't have a Poch or Mourinho.
 
If we concede a goal like that I’ll be furious that nobody took the player out.

Two down, in that situation, it’s criminally unprofessional to not make a tactical foul, a red would have been less costly than the goal.

I think that Son has the ability to do what Bale did and under Mourinho, I really expect the Son to shine. Mourinho will work with his coaches to further push Son on to become even better than he is. Providing that Son pledges his future to us then I think the sky is the limit for him.

I agree that one of the Burnley defenders should have fouled him. I can only think that they couldn’t react in time, or get near enough, as Son was going through at pace but you’d think that a player could just obstruct him and break the play. It’s strange that that’s the negative side of the goal, that’s what the down voters use to take away from the goal, as Son was unstoppable.
