*** Superspur vs Leicester OMT: The Sequel ***

Ooof. This one hurt.

The kneejerkers shouting at Levy/Poch/Lamela are out already with full force on some of the social media sites, as sadly expected.

I thought we created enough chances to win, to be honest. We're just not effective enough, as has been the case throughout the season. I thought we played a good game, actually. Lamela should've hit target with at least one of his efforts. Kane unlucky not to get his.

What annoys me the most isn't that we don't win or get a point, it's that fudging Leicester gets all three! There wasn't much to suggest they were a top team today, except for the fact that they grind away and get a result they don't deserve. Horrible defending by us on their goal, of course.

fudge! I'm having a meltdown here for the first time this season. This match fudging hurts. Losing to fudging average Leicester. I'd rather Arsenal win the league than this sorry lot. Just kidding, but not far from the truth.

fudging hell.

What a waste. All teams round us dropped points. Would have been a great chance. As usual we f u c k it up.

The joys of being a Spurs fan.

I am phucking gutted mate, really. We were close to winning the game, but if we don't take the chances we create then a team like Leicester is always gonna give you a sucker punch right up the cobblers.

As if Arsenal drew as well, what a brick night.

Arsenal drawing is good, they only took a point off us tonight, even the most, well, scouse, of scouse clams expected an Arsenal win tonight

you don't want to get out front to early, better to make the pass on the final bend

No it wasn't. Unfortunately its a painful defeat because it was a huge match for both sides and they beat us fair and square.

Just have to take it on the chin.
Not the game, the season. Most of the Leicester games I've watched they been no better than decent but everything has went their way.

I agree. There was a worrying lack of conviction up front. Seemed like we lacked some belief.

No complaints about team selection really either; left Carroll on too long for my liking, but I have no idea how fit Dembele is.

Very disappointing. Lost our first really really big league game of the season.

fudgeing hell I'm disappointed in Lamela tonight big let down of a performance in a big match. He had the chances to make an impact on the scoreline.

To be fair, there has been all season, kane has papered over the cracks.

At least we are making chances. I've said all along we won't get top 4 as Spurs are Spurs so this result neither surprises or angers me. There is always next season as unless you can put the ball in the net from the kind of chances we get you are winning fudge all.

The OTHER positive is that Leicester out more pressure on The Goons.

No matter how Leicester are performing this season they are still not a very good team. We know how they play yet we still allow them to do it. Why was Dier that far away from Huth anyway? good old fashion stand with your man would have worked non of this running towards him as the ball is kicked crap.

Because as he ran to cover him, Toby knocked him over by accident. It was BAD LUCK! Watch it. I thought he'd been fouled at first.

Now a general moan (i.e. not at you mate)

As ever, this place divides up into it's polarizing camps. I'm off for a bit, because if I read one more 'bottled it' or ' clams' or 'blew it in front of goal' I will have to ban myself. As much as some of you might like that, I am not interested.

We are still 4th.

That's what I mean, we could have gained two points on them tonight, 3 on Leicester....ARGH! If I had a cat I'd go and kick it up the arse.

Same thing as against Saudi Sportswashing Machine. Carroll starts. And is so innefective. So invisible. We don't do much as a team. Then slowly the opposition get more confident, sense they can get something, and kill us late on. Poch is 100% responsible for this. As soon as Carroll started, like against Saudi Sportswashing Machine, I feared it. Good manager, but his brain fudging goes when we can really make a mark, wasn't Saudi Sportswashing Machine a game we could've jumped up a bit too? Hospitals infuriating. We don't create loads either (I don't give a fudge what the stats say, I have eyes), Kane had one sniff. There was such an opportunity this season and some bad bad decisions have cost us. Economic striker and some dodgy team selections and fudging refusal to change things (70 minutes Poch made a change when we weren't great from the 20th minute onwards). Poch has a long way to go...

Roy Keane puts it best .. A
Spurs team will always let u down , always .. Predictable boring pedestrian stuff ... Carroll is a harmless cm player , no drive or ability to thread a pass thru or totally dominate a game from middle of pitch .. Lamela is all shapes , fudge him off back to Italy where he deserves it , Erikssen going thru his usual ten match a season I'm doing fudge all ..no width no guile all very predictable .. It was obvious to me like it was Saudi Sportswashing Machine match we Wud concede . We were asking for it and our ability to concede corners and free kicks against teams that thrive on it is absolutely uncanny , we are masters at it !!! Top 4 my Arse .. Serious investment needed in 4 top positions and another cm player before I get remotely interested in them again

Ironically, we're better off with them drawing + us losing, than we would have been if we drew and they won.

That's the thing. For how long can that go on? Could they do a Chelski in the Champions Leauge and luck their way through the campaign? I fudging hope not. Commentator saying they deserved the goal - what a fudging joke.
