Where Did All the Jocks Go?

There was a time when every side had at least one Scottish player. There are still plenty of Irishmen playing, but where and why have all the Jocks gone from the top division in the English game. I can't really think of one.

Well done. There are plenty of obscure names on that list. I recognised the two Fletchers, Morrison, Hutton of course, Adam, Bardsley, Ritchie and Naismith.

They're probably more suited to the Championship these days. You have players who have gone back to Scotland like Craig Gordon and, erm, Kris Commons.

It is VERY cold and wet in Scotland. Kids would rather stay in and play video games. They didn't exist in the 60s and 70s.
