Not really sure how you can mark him lower. Didn't make a single mistake that I remember.

Walker - 7
Wasn't at his best, but always an outlet going forward. Ok in defence that I could see.
Gallas - 7.5
Did well in first half particularly. Good.
Kaboul- 7
Did well, but a bit bonkers at times.
Ekotto - 7
A bit sketchy at times, but fun to watch as usual.


Sandro - 7.5
Love the guy and he was important to our tactical game plan while on pitch. Fair play to him.
Parker - 8.5
Again, key to our plan, and all over the pitch all game.
Modric - 7.5
I'm not seeing the terrible dip in form others are. Might not be at his very best, but still the fulcrum of the team, assist on first goal etc.

VDV - 8.5
What a finish. Assist from excellent corner too. Danger every time he's near the ball.
Bale - 9/MotM
As someone said in-thread, almost every time he gets it on the left something comes of it. Phenomenal.
Ade - 8.5
Two fantastic finishes and thought he rans his gonad*s off for the gameplan. Very well played.

Agree too. I do however think Modric's form has dipped since Christmas. His passing has been very poor at times. His workrate yesterday was better than it has been recently though. Needs to learn how to shoot - extremely poor in this regard.

Bale is our Man of the Season. No doubt about it for me. His goals and his assists have been critical. As one of the commentators said, when Bale plays well, Spurs play well. When he has a poor game we are rubbish. We rely soooo much on Bale to be on song.
