Do you want Tim Sherwood to stay as manager?

Tim Sherwood made me start to hate football and feel shame as a Spurs supporter. His f ucking mouth and self-driven agenda drove everything I'd tried desperately to believe was not a truth to be a truth about him, one I'd known yet chosen to try and suppress in favor of 'supporting the manager'…thankfully it's over and I can return to being a supporter of this great club in the knowledge that it isn't being sabotaged by the manager because said-manager cannot handle deep waters just yet…

As for those who think the squad needs 'a complete overhaul' no, not much, just a couple of upgrades...

Last season (well, season before now technically ;)) he didn't get one. Not even the blindingly obvious. Not one pen. And we missed CL by one point despite having our best ever points haul…makes you think eh? What could've been and all that…

But then he had a special player who won him an extraordinary number of points. While we didn't get any penalties I can't help feel had he got better performances out of Ade would have made up those points.

It's pretty impossible to say what would happen in some alternate past if you change only minor incidents. What makes you so sure you can judge what would have happened by changing major ones?

Now you have lost me. Put Simply AVB won at least 9 of his points directly through the award of fortuitous penalties. That is through the intervention of an official rather than being in the hands of either team like for example when Chris Foy cost us the Stoke game a couple of seasons ago. In 2 of Sherwood's games he had penalties wrongly awarded against his team and players wrongly sent off. The other scenarios you mentioned on average could/would have happened equally for both managers

Steff you have my immense respect as a Tottenham man and as such you will know that a number of our previous managers have had transgressions which have bought more shame on our club than Tim. We have not been short of names on that score. If however, there is evidence to suggest he briefed against individuals in his time at Spurs he deserves the contempt he has been treated with, but I have only heard rumours rather then seen any actual evidence.

It's all to do with sensitive dependance on initial conditions. I'd go further but I suspect if I've lost you already it would be fruitless.

Suffice it to say, it's absolutely impossible to predict what would have happened in any one of those matches had those penalties not been awarded, let alone all three.

It's actually we have gotten better, earn more money (income and sales), upgrade players and each manager has a better SQUAD (yes some WC players come and go) to work with.

Everyone ignores that (or at least the rabid defenders of Sherwood)

I agree 100%. I know that Levy gets a lot of stick on here but the buy young, improve a player, sell at a massive profit, reinvest has seen the squad consistently improve over the last ten or so years.
