***OMT***Tottenham Hotspur FC v West Ham

I think we will batter West Ham, I really do think that. I think the players will go out there as if its a playground and will run riot.

Is Eriksen fit?

Llorris
Walker Fryers Dawson Rose
Holtby Eriksen Capoue
Lamela Soldado Townsend

Oh, man, I wish I had your confidence. I really have no idea what to expect from the game tomorrow except some sort of reaction, more commitment, a willingness to attack throughout the game, a lower defensive line. Looking forward to it though.

I think we'll see Townsend and Lennon on the wings and focus passing out wide, with soldado and Defoe upfront and they will fill their boots

W.ham will try and pile the pressure on early, so we can hit them on the counter with simple, pacey football

This. Shackles removed, freedom granted. Let the players express themselves without the burden of multidonous instructions and allow their greater quality to shine though.

Football is a joy not a grind - or at least should be!

4-2

My prediction of Sherwoods team (shot in the dark really)
Assuming rose, kaboul, chiriches, vertonghen, sandro, eriksen and kane all injured and dawson suspended.

--------------Lloris
Walker - Veljkovic - Fryers - Naughton
------Holtby-Paulinho-Siggy
Lennon---------------------Townsend
-------------Soldado

Absolutely no idea who figures to start.

I would love to see:

--------------Lloris----------------

---Walker--Fryers--Vlad--Rose---

---------Sandro--Holtby----------

---Lennon--Lamela--Townsend---

-------------Soldado---------------

That's assuming Verts is out and Rose and Vlad are fit, which might be assuming too much. But I do think we win. A lot of times in these situations, you see the players come out and really work hard for one another. That's what I'm telling myself anyway.

I guess no one really has any idea on the injury situation with regards to Sandro, Rose, Chiriches, Kaboul?

Thats what I think - it will be basic but will be effective. A new lease of life I suppose. Defence may well be a shambles, depending on who is fit but in an attacking sense we will go back to basics.

The problem is itll mean we have the likes of Lamela, Eriksen etc not playing.

--------------------Bradley-----------------

--Fredricks--Chiriches--Fryers---Rose

-----Eriksen------Sandro------Holtby---

----Townsend----Soldado----Lamela

Holy Goalie
Naughtdog - Cheese - w/Fries - Rose
Lennon - Dembele - Chadli - Eriksen
Soldado - Lamela

Employ, enjoy.

Or we could go:

Lloris
Walker Chiriches Vertonghen Rose
Lennon Sandro Paulinho Eriksen Chadli
Soldado

and just not have them play the insanely high line.

I'm conflicted about this. I'm kind of hoping we crumble 7-0, just to spur Levy into taking some proper action with the appointment.

Fluking a win could kind of leave us in an awkward Di Matteo/Steve Kean situation.

Just seen that Spam are asking their fans to behave. Some chance!
Their website refers to "tens of thousands of Hammers fans who follow the Club over land and sea". Land and sea? Am I missing something?

Like winning the EL and ending mid-table? Wouldn't be too unhappy with that tbh, better than 5th and no cups, I'm having some serious doubts about fourth right now, but it's still early days.

Hopefully the players are just given some freedom to express themselves in this game, I want smiles and playful football, the result doesn't really matter to me (tooooo meee), though another loss against this dross would really be sickening.

maybe they are counting the Thames for all those Championship trips to Millwall
