Kyle Walker

walker on hippy crack?

never heard of it before http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/england-footballer-kyle-walkers-hippy-2259350

Thought it was the thing that made your voice funny. That paper really has it in for spurs, all negative stories nearly always start from it. I would not read it for political reasons, but really not sure how any spurs fan can, what did we do to **** them off so much?

As for walker, i like him, dont think he has done anything wrong and i loved how he looked for england the other night coming on leaps and bounds.

Re: walker on hippy crack?

Stupid. I personally do not care what a grown man puts in his body, but I'm sure there is something in his contract about this type of behavior, and in a public place no less.
There's no other word for Walker on the field or off, just stupid.

What 'type of behavior', it's perfectly legal?

Piers Morgan used to be the editor.
He'll have inculcated a certain outlook towards Spurs and I doubt there's been any major deliberate shift since then.

Re: walker on hippy crack?

Wouldnt do it myself and footballers being such intense athletes are idiots to us anything that may cause them damage.

But it is perfectly legal, so you have to question what 'story' there is here.
None. Just more lazy bs journalism written for the kind of idiot that would buy (yeah, people ACTUALLY pay for it) such ****.

The type of behavior that i'm sure the club has a problem with. If you want to do drugs at least have the sense to do it in your own house.

Of course there's a bloody story there ffs. You've said yourself you wouldn't do it and he's an idiot/it could cause damage.

Re: walker on hippy crack?

The substance is not illegal nor is the act of using it. Perhaps it was daft of him to do this in public as he should know what the papers would do with the story! The party was when he was recovering from injury so not interfering with his readiness to play. And I like the fact that the reporter has included the fact that he gets sponsored by Nike, Just in case you may wish to contact them to complain. Think the reporter can be put in the ****er category.

Re: walker on hippy crack?

Didn't they use to do laughing gas at kids' parties in the 80s?

I've seen Kyle Walker in Nandos before. That's far more damaging to his athletic condition IMO.

Re: walker on hippy crack?

Lmao "effects similar to crack and heroin"

What a ****ing non story, it makes you dizzy for a minute ffs.

Bang on :ross::ross::ross:

Pretty sure they use laughing gas in children's dentistry and for women giving birth... if it is okay for unborn children not sure how bad it is for a grown adult. The worst thing about it would be oxygen deprivation.

Doing it every weekend could be dangerous, couple deaths last year, but on occasion it's completely harmless. Comparing it to "crack or heroin" is complete sensationalism. It is however illegal to sell for recreational use. Again, don't care what Walker does with his body, but once again he brings un-needed negative attention to himself. Wasn't it just months ago he was kicked out for fighting in a night club?

Re: walker on hippy crack?

The rubbishness of the story is only surpassed by some of the responses in this thread. It's a nothing story about nothing dressed up to be something.

Re: walker on hippy crack?

Surely Crack and Heroin are so dangerous to get involved with due to their addictiveness? Bit silly to compare them to inhaling a bit of gas as a one-off at a mates party.

Though I'm one of those people who thinks all drugs should be legal, so.

Re: walker on hippy crack?

Absolute non story just goes to show the influence of the press.

More of a concern is the culture associated by such a substance and the overall picture of night clubs , alcohol and burning money. None of this is a great example to set kids. Far bigger concern is attitude to drinking for example .
But not unique to walker.
