Preseason 2022

Here are the updated ticket details for our pre-season friendly against Rangers at Ibrox Stadium, Glasgow on Saturday 23 July. Kick-off is 3pm.

Season Ticket Holders with 220 or more ticketing points who applied by the deadline have been successful and will be issued a ticket.

Payment will be taken the week commencing Monday 27 June and tickets posted to successful applicants in due course.

All applicants will receive an email in the next 24 hours informing them as to whether they were successful/unsuccessful in obtaining a ticket for this fixture.

This is bonkers! Thought I had a shout with 207 points, but no. If I can't get a ticket for a pre-season friendly in Glasgow, I have absolutely no mission of ever getting an away PL match. ffs grrrr!

The match against Team K League – the first of two outings in the Coupang Play Series on our tour of South Korea – will begin at 8pm local time on Wednesday 13 July (12noon in the UK) at the Seoul World Cup Stadium.

Subsequently, our I-Tech Cup fixture against AS Roma at the Sammy Ofer Stadium in Haifa on Saturday 30 July will kick-off at 9.15pm local time in Israel (7.15pm in the UK).

Was all set to go to Korea (from Japan) but fudging PCR tests to get there and back will cost about £250.

I will be in Thailand on those dates for a wedding so I was thinking of flying over to Seoul for one or both of the games.
Does anyone know how to get tickets for either game ?

Bearing in mind they are both sold out I hope you have a spare kidney

Ha ha , I was thinking of taking a few perfectly copied football shirts to sell ,so maybe could exchange a shirt for a ticket and make a few quid while I was there

I'd love to do one of the pre season tours sometime, can probably call it a family holiday if it was the US.
Me too, hence my thought process.
Too busy these days to get to games or tickets are difficult to come by but it looks like it would be even harder to get one in Korea !

The squad fly out to Korea on Saturday evening.

Joe Rodon (illness) has missed out, while Clement Lenglet’s recent arrival means he is without the necessary documentation to travel to Korea.

Even if we got £20m a piece thats still £80m but i personally think we can get about £100m - £110m for them which will pay for Richarlison and Bissouma.

Factor in wages. No player on for example 100k a week is going to accept 50k instead on a new contract. If they were easy to sell, we would have last summer.
