Victimpool FC - Klopp leaving, grown men crying

Why do you say you can't see how Nunez fits into Liverpool's team, when you've said he would get to play plenty of games for them and for us?
Because they don’t create through midfield, they create wide
Nunez is a cross between a target man and a runner… nothing like mane
Nothing like any player they have TBF
The reason players fit in quickly there imo is the system suits the players
Nunez IMO friend fit their current system and is kinda like Origi as a player
They may well change tactics slightly to accommodate him of course and I could easily be wrong

Thanks...but what the bleep do mean in the second last sentence??

Sorry friend should be doesn’t

Ok thanks for the clarification.

That is interesting and maybe Klopp is actively trying to evolve the squad in reaction to the fact that his original front three were never going to last forever. Given what he's up against in terms of a (imo) spoilt competitor who is backed by an oil state it is good to se a coach trying to work within the limits of having to sell to buy (in comparison to simply stockpiling)

Lollipop doesn’t buy the players
Michael Edwards’s did
This is IMO Future proofing and also stops a rival getting him
They will sell mane now to help fund it and Nunez is younger of course

I assume you mean Klopp in the first bolded bit...so in that case, would we always say "Conte didn't buy Kulusevski or Bentancur, Paratici did"?

That’s an autocorrect someone has set up….
Yep paratici did
It’s his job, plan for the future
Pool use data and plan for longer term hence why they have a big focus on data

Paratici didn't buy Bentancur or Kulusevski without the green light from the manager: what would be the point? They were/are players for the here and now, unlike Sarr who could be labelled as one for the future.
So in that sense we can't praise the manager if they work out but then blame Paratici/the DOF if the players don't do well..

Green light I agree
But managers aren’t out there choosing players in the modern game
That’s the DOF

I would hope a manager would say what type of play he wants and DOF tries to get them but would also say he could get xxxxxx if the manager would like him, a team effort. I dont see Conte as a manager who is interested in buying players for development.

He may spot a talent that he likes
But top managers define what they need in line with a philosophy
The DOF supports that from above including deveining that strategy *they appoint the manager” and are the guys that remain constant in the club (in theory)

So...instead of saying how good/bad Klopp, Guardiola, Poch, Tuchel, Conte is should we instead be discussing the DOFs of said teams and how brick they are or not (depending on how high/low the team in question is)?

It’s why he quit I guess
I mens he did criticise the Chelsea set up
Sued them and won too

I'd certainly like to know who's idea it was to buy the likes of Emerson Palmieri, Danny Drinkwater or Bakayoko if they were NOT under the requests of Conte...
Clubs do it
I mean it always the excuse here
Good player…. Poch player
Bad player… levy player
In reality it’s a combination but now we have a DOF age has to manange that
Conte says I need a left wing back
Paratici says we can maybe get Perisic but it may mean we have to sell Reggie…
Conte … I’m cool with that, make it happen
