Allegri wants to play a certain way, regardless of what players he has. Didn't suit Kulu nor Bentancur. A manangers job is to get the best out of every player. That means you have to find a system and positions that suits the ability of the players you have. Conte has done that. He wants to play a certain way, but he has found ways to get the best out of the players. Imagine if/when we get wing backs that fit better into Contes system!

That's more a case of Premier League focused fans really not paying attention to what happens outside of the PL. Kulu was a name before he came here he'd just lost his way a bit at Juve. He's not the first and won't be the last for that to happen to at a big club.
