Bojack Horseman has been a big find for me recently, it’s nice to see a program taking a swipe at Hollywood + what goes in to making a program. It was recommended by a knowledgeable and good friend and yet still took a long time to get round so all good if an idiot on the internet preaching doesn’t sway you immediately..

There’s also (at least as I see it) a key focus on addiction and narcissism which has unfortunately been leaving myself feeling called somewhat called out at times but in a good way in the long run.

Cool to see Aaron Paul excelling in another role as I incorrectly thought there may have not been much for him after his starring breaking bad role but his character is one of my favourites, even if it’s animated.

Coming to the second half of the 6th (the final season) and already know i’ll feel that melancholic (not honeydew melancholic, which is a great in-joke for those who’ve watched it) feeling of a TV show you’re invested in ending coming to an end.

Obi-Wan Kenobi looks like it's going to be amazing.

This will sound like a loaded question, but how did the prequel and sequel trilogies look to you before they were released? Same question goes for Mando and Boba Fett series.

Very interesting time to be a Star Wars fan, I bet for some it’s bliss but others are banging their head against a wall..

I don’t remember about the prequels, but I quite like them.

Mandalorian I wasn’t sure about, that turned out to be amazing.

Was super excited about TBOBF and that turned out to be pretty good too, albeit after a slow start.

Its Star Wars, I’m gonna love it.

Just spotted this stat on sportingindex.com:

1.3 million –
Tottenham were the third most popular team among UK TV audiences last season (ie 2019/20), with almost 1.3 million average viewers for their games, according to BARB. That left Spurs ahead of Chelsea, Emirates Marketing Project and Arsenal. In 2019/20 City finished runners-up to Liverpool, Chelsea finished 4th, Tottenham 6th and Arsenal 8th.

So, third most popular team despite zero trophies since 2009 compared with 14 by Cheatski, 13 by Emirates Marketing Project and 3 by Arsenal. Tells you something!

People can't look away from a car crash?

Upload, season 2 underway on Amazon Primo.

First season was an unexpected treat. Fun premise - about a place where you pre-arrange to have your soul (well, personality anyway) uploaded to when you die. Digital upgrades for one's existence available for $$$. Without it, could spend your virtual eternity in a low-res hell. Hoping S2 goes as well.

Wouldn't surprise me. We were always one of the best supported teams in the country (well behind utd and liverpool ofcourse). Arsenal have a slightly bigger fan base but last i recall spurs were on average more afluent. So more could probably afford sky or bt. Also we are a team others like to hate. City, chelsea, west ham etc...

I doubt they're counting IPTV.

Look very different if they did.

Halo the series finally started, first episode wasn't so bad but room for improvement and they need to add more lore into it imo.

Quite why they didn't get Steve Downes to voice the MC as usual is beyond me, takes some getting used to.
(Did no one see Darth Vader acted by two peeps?)

Have you (or anyone else) ever seen Firefly? I quite liked Mandalorian and Boba Fett, but I thought they were inferior, in both characters and plot, to Firefly.

Firefly i thought was ok. Didn't quite get the hype though. Serenity i thought was really good though.
It has a weird history - it completely flopped on broadcast, but then gained a massive following on DVD/through word of mouth. The same as happened with Shawshank Redemption. So it's only ever been bottom-up, rather than top-down, hype - if that makes sense

When it first came out they aired the episodes in the wrong order. Which obviously didn't help. Tbf i preferred it to buffy who i wasn't a massive fan of.

Ended seeing Serenity first, which I thought was superb, and then into Firefly from the movie.
Go to film and TV series when I want to chill tbh, love them all - don't think they had one bad character, although would have liked more exposition on Sheppard but the series ended :(
