*** The Official Boxing/UFC/MMA thread ***

Nice work if you can get it. Said it before, AJ just needs to give up. He doesn't have that killer mentality, that hunger, to be in the ring. Stepping aside from Fury v Usyk, he'll claim so it's to give him a shot at all four belts, but in reality it's because he won't beat either anyway.
£15m apparently to avoid a fight

..and he keeps alive that 'small' chance that he can also get that huge payday of a Fury fight. If he takes a 2nd Usyk loss then he is pretty much done in terms of huge paydays.

I would have preferred him to man up and go back in with Usyk and try to put things right, even though I think he would lose easily again. Although who am I to judge, I'd probably take the money haha

Surprised this thread isn’t active tonight after a big British fight. Kell Brook beat Amir Khan all over the ring.

Amir gets battered everywhere he goes

I enjoyed it always been a big Brook fan, he looked in really good shape defo has a few more big fights in him
Khan needs to retire now, great career though and rich

Eubank looked a bit silly calling for Brook . Nelson and Froch looked uncomfortable about it. Froch said he don’t think Brook should take it even tho he’d like to see that fight.

Eubank is a pretender his last fight was awful. Not a patch on his old man.

Eubank JR is awful, 32 and he's lost against anyone half decent, complete waste of a career really.

I think he knows it and is just trying to make money at this point. Doesn't seem to want any tough fights that lead to a title, just banging on about wanting to fight x, y or z big name while trying to keep his image intact and keep making money. Would be good to see him have a real go, even if he does end up failing by aiming high

Just watched the fight of th century or the Scottish Heavyweight title, Campbell v MacFarlane, I've never seen a pro in such bad physical condition as MacFarlne in my life it was amazing he managed to stand up for 7 rounds with out a pint and a couple of fags between rounds.

No one watch the Taylor Vs Catterall fight? Day light robbery, the biggest fix in boxing history. Not one fan including Taylors thought Taylor had won. Everyone was shocked with the result, Absolutely disgusting.
