Fixture & Ticket News 2021/22

This might make a difference on the second leg transport

Liverpool Street and Stratford to Hertford East, Stansted Airport and Cambridge (Late Night and Early Morning Only)

Locations affected

Trains diverted via Seven Sisters vice Tottenham Hale

Dates

Monday, January 10, 2022 to Thursday, January 13, 2022
Due to track maintenance work, West Anglia trains that normally run via Tottenham Hale (Lea Valley route), will be diverted via Seven Sisters (Southbury route) from 23.30 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday late nights through to 05.00 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings.

Lea Bridge customers should use TfL buses between Lea Bridge and Stratford / Hackney Downs

Waited until this afternoon to get my Chelsea semi final ticket as I didnt want to sit in my normal seat.

Loads still available in the South. Looks like a lot of ST holders haven't taken the opportunity to buy their seat
I wonder if people are waiting for the result tonight before committing?

I'm posting here because I thought this was the best place for the issue I have. Apologies if otherwise.
Basically, my gf got us a pair of tickets for the NLD. We were supposed to fly from the US to Paris, then take the train to London... and we had to cancel the whole trip due to what a mess it's become.

Our tickets have two seats in-between but we figured we would just ask if we could swap with one of the two other fans, but they were both bought with different memberships. What would be the best way for us to sell/exchange the tickets?
This would have been my first time to see a real PL match but obviously, although this is a painful moment, had to come to this decision.

I'm assuming the best place to go would be the ticket exchange, but of course I have no experience with this sort of problem.
Thanks, hopefully I can get to a match some day... also, hopefully I'm not breaking any rules regarding selling tickets in this forum, not sure how that works anyway tbh.

Ah, that is such a shame, but totally understandable.
As far as I know, Ticket Exchange and Ticket Share are usually only open to ST holders. However due to Covid an exception has been made and Members can list their tickets on the Exchange, but only I think something like 48 hours before the game (log into your account under Ticketing Services and see if you have anything under Manage Tickets). Obviously it's not guaranteed that they will sell. I am not sure if Ticket Share is open to non ST holders but someone else might be able to confirm (note that with Ticket Share, the ticket holder is responsible for the recipients of the tickets, so - if available to you to use - probably best to make sure it's someone you "know" rather than a complete stranger, if you will likely want to buy in the future, especially given the fixture).
It is probably worth contacting the ticket office as as first port of call to explain your situation and see if they will let you return them for a refund.

You can Try Facebook as people are selling on their face value (need a CRN to transfer the ticket too)

I'm not sure on the refund rules at the moment? I think it use to be 7 days or more before the game was ok for cancellation and refund.

True, no idea now since I've had my ST and haven't needed to return any cup game tickets thus far.
Trying to find any info on the OS is a waste of time. Don't know why they bother with a search function as it's useless, unless you want a news article from 3 years ago that bears no relation to the word you have searched on.

Think fans have always said that the 'Ask Spurs' section usually has nearly all information you may ever require

Anyone know when they confirm what games are getting moved in March, I’m sure 2 Saturday home games at 3pm will be too good to be true but need to move things around if they are!

I would’ve preferred Burnley or Brighton straight after Arse! Annoying. Good it’s been rescheduled though.

Have a funny feeling this two matches might be arranged for when we would have played the next round of the Euro Conference

Has anyone that bought their own seat (not auto) for the Chelsea game on Weds not had their ticket emailed through yet?

I’ve had an email with the match specifics telling me I should have my ticket now from noreply…. etc but I haven’t actually had the ticket.

Cheers

I think it will load on your ST digital pass after the Woolwich game. (That's if you bought your seat in the first sales tranche before 4 January?).
The email they sent out is not very clear as the first para seems to be about the cup scheme, but I think it's both the cup scheme and those who purchased their seat before 4 January, just badly worded.

Mine is showing in my Wallet on my phone, I’ve also got a different one for Morecambe presumably due to sitting in a different seat.

Getting my dates mixed up. Of course it's before the Woolwich game. I'm in the cup scheme and it's not showing in my wallet either.
