Mate please check your facts before talking brick - Lamela started 25 league games in his second season and 28 in his third - enough for people to notice him and form an opinion on him as a player. It takes about 30 seconds to check this stuff on the internet.

He's rarely shown any quality or desire while on the pitch! Honestly! Ndombele gets slated, but this guy gets exused??? Wow! Just wow! In the majority of the few games he's been fit to play, he has done NOTHING! He's shown very very little, and no one even knows where he's supposed to play. Absolutely useless player for us

Where is there an excuse there???
Your creating a story fella to protect Tanguy it seems
I’ve literally said we should get rid of him
You should read a whole thread before commenting
But if you wanna know about the quality side he has won MOTMs playing for us, he also has got them playing for his country. The issue is he never seems to be fit enough to get on the pitch for more than 2 games for varying reasons (most i suspect are of his own making).
The problem with players players Lo Celso and Tanguy is their desire and effort doesn’t tally up with the money their getting paid

Lest we forget both Tanguy and GLC ( together with Sess and Clarke) were the final legacy from Poch. When he was at the zenith of his influence with Levy having just taken us to the CL Final, he would surely have been the driving force behind these signings ( as with the other Argentnian flops Foyth and Gazanigga).

Just imagine if we had spent that money well instead of on these wasters!!!

I’ve said it before but every signing was IMO a the right signing (apart from Clarke).
We needed a new LB, we needed to replace Demebele and we needed to replace Eriksen
But signings are gambles
My frustration is this crop appear to be fragile types with no obvious mental desire or fight
Kane is the epitome of a player who has made the most of his talent through additional hard work and desire.

A player with no desire should not be playing professional football never mind PL football. Where was our due diligence on these signings?
