You reckon he's on the juice? Hard to believe he can move up and down the weights like that and he had that meat scandal.

I cant believe Canelo has not juice, the size difference between before and now looks far more than just hard work, the thickness of the neck and the pure shape of him makes me think he has been having a little help.

World heavyweight champion Tyson Fury has had surgery on both elbows after suffering a serious injury before his second win over Deontay Wilder, said the Briton's father John Fury.

Tyson, 33, gained a thrilling 11th-round win over the American to retain his WBC title in October in Las Vegas.

"Tyson was very badly injured going into that fight," John Fury told BT Sport.

"He was handicapped from the beginning. It wasn't a boxing match was it?"

Tyson was twice knocked down in the fourth round before knocking out Wilder in a brutal contest to remain undefeated and world champion.

"My son's number one, a legend and will be spoken about for hundreds of years," added his father. "He's that damn good and got that burning desire to never get beaten.

"He had to have chromosome injections into both elbows. He's since had an operation, six hours, all day in hospital having them sorted out. He had some bone spurs he had to get removed.

"He said to me afterwards 'I couldn't box, I couldn't work the jab. If I'd missed the jab it would've put me in limp mode and I wouldn't have been able to fight.

"'The pain when throwing the jab was unbearable so I was fighting two people - the pain in my own body and him. All we could do was make it a war and I wanted to win more than he did'."

'Tyson will be fighting when he's 40'
Fury has won 31 and drawn one of his 32 fights - with the draw coming in his first bout with Wilder before the Briton won the second and third - and his father believes he should not fight again.

"I said retire," added John Fury. "He's won everything, nothing to prove and has millions of pounds in the bank, he's secure for life, there's more to life than getting your brains rattled.

"But he's his own man, he'll do what he's going to do but for me I said to call it [over].

"He's beaten the best man of his era three times, what more can he do?

"Tyson will spend two months at home and want the smell of sweat and leather. He'll be fighting when he is 40, he can't help himself, he's a human pitbull terrier."

'He could beat Whyte and Usyk on the same night'
Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk beat Britain's Anthony Joshua in September to win the WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO belts, while another British fighter, Dillian Whyte, is the mandatory challenger to Fury's WBC strap.

But John Fury believes none of them could beat his son and added: "There'll always be someone like Usyk and then after him there'll be someone else. Usyk will do nothing with a man like Tyson.

"Joshua is a beaten thing, Dillian Whyte can fight, but is not the class of my son, no-one is. Tyson's a country mile above everyone else and he was not fit.

"He had Covid [in July], had two useless elbows, couldn't throw the jab, couldn't box properly and they still couldn't do anything with a half-fit man.

"Imagine Tyson firing on all cylinders. He could beat Whyte and Usyk on the same night with a proper camp behind him."

oshua's loss ended hopes of an all-British unification bout to decide the first undisputed heavyweight champion since Lennox Lewis in 2000.

Tyson has offered to train Joshua before his rematch with Usyk, scheduled for spring 2022.

"Tyson could make Joshua a different fighter," said John Fury.

"Joshua can punch, he's got the right physique, everything to be a great. All he needs is to get the knowledge of what's missing and learn how to go into trench warfare.

"It's mental [for Joshua] one million percent. If things don't go well they plummet and he can't get back on track.

"AJ, with the right people around him, can come back and win [against Usyk] because he's a big lad, got a good array of boxing skills, all he needs is that dog in his belly and know how to fight."

Tyson Fury would prefer to face Oleksandr Usyk rather than Dillian Whyte, promoter Bob Arum has revealed, to finally become the undisputed heavyweight champion.

The WBC did not officially order a mandatory challenger to Fury's title at their annual convention on Tuesday night - they had been expected to grant Whyte a shot and end his lengthy wait.

IBF, WBA and WBO champion Usyk is set for a rematch next year with Anthony Joshua, who triggered his option for an immediate second fight.

Top Rank promoter Arum, who promotes Fury in the US, told Sky Sports why his mandatory challenger was not named: "Whyte's people had brought an arbitration proceeding against the WBC. The WBC said they would not grant Whyte a mandatory position while the arbitration is pending.

"That was appropriate

"Fury may end up fighting Whyte, we'll see.

"Whyte is an excellent fighter. When the time comes, and it will come soon, for Tyson to figure out his next opponent then Whyte should be at the top of the list."

The WBC had previously said that Fury and Usyk had 30 days to agree a fight, or Fury would be ordered to face the WBC interim champion, Whyte.

But Joshua's decision to force a rematch with Usyk meant no talks took place. The deadline expired without a decision on who Fury will face next.

"The alternative is that if Joshua decides not to exercise his rematch against Usyk and decides to step aside, the fight we would like to make is between Usyk and Fury," Arum said.

"That is a fight to unify the titles once and for all.

"Then Joshua can fight the winner of the undisputed fight.

"Whyte can stand in line and fight the winner ultimately.

"That's what Tyson would like. And I represent Tyson. That is his preference.

"If they want to fight each other, which I believe they do? I would facilitate it."

Usyk sensationally beat Joshua in September at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. He and Fury now stand atop the heavyweight division as its unbeaten champions.

Joshua and Fury had previously held talks to stage an undisputed title fight last summer which did not come to fruition.

Joshua has the chance to regain that position if he ends Usyk's undefeated record in next year's rematch.

Arum said about hopes to eventually see Fury vs Joshua: "If Joshua decides he wants the rematch straight away, which I think would be a mistake because there is no way he will win unless he gets new trainers in and figures out how to fight a southpaw, then he has the absolute right to do it and nobody will interfere with that contract.

"If he decides, which I think he should, to take another fight? Usyk can fight Fury for all the belts, Joshua can fight the winner.

"I think that's the way he should go. If he does that, everybody will accommodate him."

Joshua and Whyte's promoter Eddie Hearn was offered the right to reply.

Finally and about 10 years too late !!

Amir Khan and Kell Brook will finally settle the biggest rivalry in British boxing in their massive grudge fight on February 19, live on Sky Sports Box Office.

Khan and Brook's heated dispute will be ended at last when they share the ring in their long-awaited showdown at AO Arena in Manchester.

Brook is clearly a better boxer but the question is who is better prepped. I'm planning to go to this. I know Amir is a dingdong and a glass jaw but I'm fully hoping he wins. But I've got no issues with Kell. He was a great pro.

Frank Warren reveals Anthony Joshua is in talks to step aside and let Tyson Fury meet Oleksandr Usyk in an undisputed heavyweight showdown, after AJ admitted 'it may make sense for business'

Nice work if you can get it. Said it before, AJ just needs to give up. He doesn't have that killer mentality, that hunger, to be in the ring. Stepping aside from Fury v Usyk, he'll claim so it's to give him a shot at all four belts, but in reality it's because he won't beat either anyway.
