Couple of things on Netflix the comedy The Chair very good, only 6 episodes, stars the woman from Killing Eve, Sandra Oh, so an afternoon watch and the drama Clickbait, slow start but good storyline, all about internet dating and how people get decieved on line. Shows how easy it is to set up a dating website and how to get people on there.

Without wishing to disagree with our representative from Swansea, it should, however, be pointed out that Clickbait is perhaps the silliest and least plausible internet-related crime drama since Lynda LaPlante’s Killernet (a bar of Olympic pole-vaulting height) and no-one who values their time should watch more than a second of it.

White Lotus,excellent drama

He mentions in the series his mum was welsh opera singer of the year in the 90's,she sings out on the credits in one episode.

Ah was going to ask whether that was him singing at the end or not, always remember that sketch from the show - wonder whether he put that talent to use anywhere else?

Next batch of episodes of Money Heist dropped on Netflix the other day

Just settling in to watch the final two episodes (of the first part of series 5) now..

Have to say, although it is a pretty silly/stupid show for the most part, it does have a certain something about it that has me hooked and absolutely loving it

I bow to your expertise,no problem....the thing is once i start something to watch, even though it maybe crap, and a bit far fetch, something back of your head says i got to find out who did it...this was one of those feelings...apologies for falling off the wagon as such lol....

Swedish Dikcs (don't give me that dingdong bullschit - it's dikks) on Netflix.

Two Swedes living in LA meet up by chance, one's a former movie stuntman turned P.I. The other's a disc jockey who, at the age of 25, is becoming too old for his profession. But he's more technically astute that his older contemporary. They team up - somewhat unwillingly - and solve crimes.

Funny, charming with interesting A list guest appearances.

Will try, but can’t believe that they’ll fill the Swedish cop hole left by Saga Noren Lanskrim Malmo.

White Lotus the best new thing I’ve watched this year, I think. Just well acted with a different feel and very cleverly written and scored.

4 episodes in myself . As you say it’s different. Very enjoyable and one that gets better. Nearly gave up after first episode but glad I stuck with it.
Well I've followed up on your recommendation and I'm 4 episodes in.

It's an interesting watch and there's something I really like about it but also something I don't like about it, which I can't quite put my finger on.

Might be the constant tribal percussion soundtrack? Overused?

I’ve now finished it. It’s a weird one really. I enjoyed it mostly but there was odd moment I was not to sure. I would say overall it’s worth a watch at only 6 episodes. Different.

The Hotel manager is the best character for me. Guy who plays him does a really good job.

The Kendall Jenner Untold Story doco on Netflix is pretty epic. She was an Olympic hero back in 40 odd years ago in the decathlon. Even at 70 now she looks in good shape.
