That offer is probably post tax (as his wages in Italy would be negotiated). The thing to do with bosmans is negotiate the free transfer and then persuade the club that they might as well let the player go now for a small fee instead of having them hang around with their heart not in it drawing wages for another 6 months.

I'm really hoping it's a busy Jan window for us. Crowds are coming in and so other clubs can only get financially stronger making it harder for us to close deals.
