*** OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Watford FC ***

Think Skipp has been good, would be looking to take off PEH or Dele before him to get some more creativity from midfield.
Bring on Gill and possibly Moura or Lo Celso.

Decent half, good go get the lead. Loads of room for improvement, better passing tempo, better movement, but more sharpness and aggression defensively when we start some press from the front men.

But quite good this against a bit very good side.

I fudging hate listening to Tony Gale rout against Spurs for 90 minutes.

What a donkey he is. We've got Joe Speight and Matt Holland on DAZN. Pretty good, Holland especially. Calls it straight up.

Lee Hendrie did the analyst role last week and was more one eyed than Jim Beglin with Liverpool. Wolves, apparently, lost to themselves.

I put on the German or Japanese commentary nowadays; easier to ignore the bias and just watch and interpret for yourself what is going on precisely. No Ince, no Sherwood, no Gayle, no problem.

We don't play a midfield capable of this. It's all hard work and no guile. Was the same under Jose, was the same with Pitch once Eriksen had decided he was offski.
Dier hasn't put a foot wrong, made a couple of great blocks and you're looking to dig him out...

not yet but mourinho, and now nuno, are compensating for our poor defence.
will dier do it with expansive, risk taking football with the midfielders where dele gets to roam ? i think not.
Its a team game and you need to build from the back, the base of the spine is weak.
