Wish him well, not the best player but always put a shift in.

He may have the close dribbling mannerisms of a young child in the playground. Looking ungainly and as if there is minimal co-ordination. I remember a European tie in which he ran the ball straight out of play.
However, he worked solidly, and scored one great goal. He made up in application what he lacked in skills.
Good luck to him in future. He was much criticised but he was a lot more of a team player than many others.
 
Never liked him as a player but couldn't fault his attitude and effort. Was one of the few bright spots during the end of the Poch reign which may say more about where we were at that point than how good he was. Nonetheless, he didn't decide to pay 30m for his services and he didn't decide to award himself 100k a week.

The thing I'll always think about Moussa is that he was under-rated tactically. I think effort wise, more often than not it was there. But tactically, he smelled danger, was always in the right place, and I don't think it's a coincidence we were good in Europe with him in the side. I think good coaches trusted him for that exact reason, it wasn't just effort, it was that he could always be trusted to do exactly the right thing without the ball.
 
Proper cult figure. Always the odd one out in our team. World class work rate and a physical beast, but with the close control of a rolling boulder.

He always gave everything he got for the team, and for that he will always have my respect.

It's good for us to get him off our books, and I wish him all the best for the future.
