Watches

Actually a massive following in the UK for the Bears. when the International was held vs Tampa at Tottenham, Tampa were the home team, and the fans were totally Bears all around with jerseys etc.

Yeah, they picked up a lot of fans with the first push into the UK market in the mid 80's, played in the first America Bowl at Wembley whilst reigning Superbowl champions.

(Which I'm sure you know)

Really good copy this
Put it next to my real Oyster and it’s pretty flawless, weighs the same, doesn’t feel cheap
The guy who sorted the links out yesterday thought it was real

Don't know how I've now re-discovered this thread.

Grand Seiko GMT been my recent temptation.

Not sure what to go for next
Maybe something with some more complications? I probably need to get some plainer dials as I love a chronograph or moonphase! I’m kicking myself at just missing out on one of these recently…

I also like the super ocean and am looking at a used limited edition but I’m also debating whether to actually buy a new one to start a relationship with a dealer to help me get a GMT II without paying the huge mark up due to the waiting lists.

These do some lovely watches for a very reasonable price

Lovely watches, just the brand name. Funny how branding is almost more important than looks. Like this one https://www.christopherward.com/dress/c1-moonglow/C01-40AMP1-S00K0-CK.html

Found a lovely Cartier replica for the misses that I will be buying. Need to choose a replica for myself too. Its a bit of fun right? A 50k watch that you can wear without any concerns. Replicas stike me as far more usable and enjoyable than having the real thing - which would live in a safe as an investment. Which is v boring.

I'm happy to have the replicas, roughly $60 a pop, if I lose one or it breaks not bothered, got a few nice one's now, nobody knows if they are real or not and I don't say anything about it either
