cars

Discovered this place today and am sorely tempted.

I know @SpurMeUp has spoken a fair bit about leasing cars too, not sure if this interests you:

Had a quick look, seems an extremely smart idea. Rather than spend £XXk on something you have store, service, why not try a range of cars. Plan some weekend blasts away.

The issue I found was the most interesting cars are not family-friendly. And therefore you need a mistress which adds all sorts of costs!

:D Very true.

I did look around and find some with more of a range, but they didn't seem nearly as exclusive or well run.

Interesting idea, looks to me like Titanium could be the 1st year sweet spot membership deal

Although not too sure how impressed I would if i was to jump in a ragged or coked up (both versions) lambo.
That's the beauty of it not being yours though.

All hire cars drive like supercars. Imagine how a hire car that actually is a supercar would drive :D

I’m sure there are some websites that allows you to hire a mistress to go with the car [emoji16]

What are you talking about here? @NoLimits01 website 'entries' or car sites? :)

Yes, it looks well put together and in Kilburn. I used to live close by. If you do some trips to say Norfolk, Dorset, places not too far from London, then you could maximize the allowances.

Bit more expensive for me now I don't live in London, but at least they deliver to your door.

Where near Kilburn did you used to live? I used to drink that way a fair bit.

Swiss Cottage/Belsize park. East London is more fun now but less refined. I would like to live in Highgate at some point.

Are you going to go for a subscription!? Have to do it for a year!

I won't do whilst I still have the Aston. Possibly in a year, 18 months when I change I'll think about it.

Much will depend on how much my eldest gets into karting. If I need something that can tow a trailer then I'll get a sub so I can still have something fun to drive.

If your eldest gets into karting you will spending all that money on titanium valves and ceramic bearings [emoji1787]

I'm offering closed spec classes only - he's doesn't know the custom ones exist and it's staying that way.

The Riccardo series looks good but as it doesn't have regional presence, every race is a trek.

Such a shame that Aston Martin still have components on the dashboard which wouldn’t look out of place on a Mondeo.

Those parts are all Mercedes now, a partnership I'm not completely sold on.

At least the AMRs still use the V12. I will genuinely mourn the death of that engine.

Maybe you should buy a few and bubble wrap them and keep them for retirement (either to use or sell)
I'm already starting to reconsider changing my car next year as I normally would.

Even Ferrari are moving away from V12s - once Lamborghini do then that'll probably be it for them.
