Are Winks and Doherty the "bad eggs" then?
Doherty a Mourinho signing bought because of his attitude.
And Winks literally the little guy they make lie behind the wall for free kicks.
Those are the two distruptors?

Would be amazed if it’s Doherty given he’s been useless and gotten more game time than he deserved. He’s surely just been dropped for being brick.

Winks doesn’t surprise me too much. You could see in some interviews that he was very unhappy at not playing.

Aurier - think he’s been decent this season, I’d keep but potentially one of the problem players and has voiced a desire to go back to France previously so I’d understand if sold
Davies - Massive come down from Reguilon but a decent pro, and could cover CB if any issues during a match etc. Probably keep but with Sess coming back would understand if sold
Sanchez - Keep. Call me crazy but he’s looking better to me and if we acquired a top class commanding CB I think he would compliment well.
Dier - Sell. Not even homegrown, and he just hasn’t improved at all. He gives his all but he’s been here long enough and not kicked on
Winks - Sell. Considering he’s a squad player I think we have enough youth players who could fill that role who are also homegrown Skipp etc
Sissoko - Sell. Has given his all bless him, but I think it’s time he moved on now
Lamela - I’d actually keep him. One of the few that fights, got balls and actually has skill. Sure he’s not perfect but as a squad member he is apparently on one of the cheapest wages and I’d keep him for another couple of years.
Moura - Keep. I always liked his directness, he’s something different and on his day he’s a very good finisher with both feet. Hard worker too and a nice guy which is good for dressing room morale
Dele - Sell. Never thought I’d find myself saying that. He clearly has been battling demons off the pitch and in hindsight I don’t think he’s ever been the same player since he created his own fashion label. I’m not even sure we’d get that good a fee for him now, but perhaps a clean break is best for Dele and for Spurs now

Id also sell Lloris, I’m not convinced he is on top of his game now and if a new era is approaching us probably a good time to get rid....
Agree with pretty much all of that.

So Winks is the one going round the training room leaving copies of the Daily Mail everywhere or something?

I don't get how someone with Winks or Doherty's status is disrupting a Mourinho dressing room.
He's not exactly Pogba.

So, first opportunity to disgard some of the bad guys after Lloris made the issue public and only Winks is missing without an excuse?

Most fooballers have sky high self confidence, and equally bad self assessment of how good they really are in relation to others.

It’s all speculation really but reading into some of his interviews and the fact he’s been dropped completely, it seems like Winks is a problem.

Personally I think Winks is a talent in the right team. Mourinhos team isn’t the right team for him. That doesn’t excuse him stirring it if that’s what he’s been doing though.

Dier, Sanchez and Winks are a definite sell for me.

Keep Moura, possibly sissoko and Aurier but ambivalent either way. Also sell Davies. Average player.

50/50 on Alli. Nowhere near the same player he was from 2015-2018.

Not sure id actively sell Lamela but I wouldn’t offer him a new contract. Been here 8 years and he’s not a first team regular and has had maybe one season where he hasn’t missed significant chunks of the season due to injury?

Dier and Sanchez are top of the sell list IMO.

A few months ago, I wouldn't have been averse to selling him but he's been outstanding over the last month or so. I'd argue he's been our best player. Not only has he been good, his attitude has been an example to other players.

Yeah, he’s playing at a new level now. It’s great to see, the player that São Paulo sold who didn’t show himself at PSG, albeit no longer working just in wide areas.

Agree mostly. Although I’m still in the sell Sanchez camp. Even when he plays well, he always has a mistake in him. He constantly shoves forwards because he can’t deal with them physically. Gets bullied too often, poor on the ball. Been here 4 years and has had 1 good season and 3 crap ones.

Agree re Lloris. Agreed with Keane a couple of weeks back when he had a row with Redknapp and said just because he’s the French captain doesn’t mean he’s brilliant. I think he does and says the right things as a leader mostly but we should look to upgrade on him in the next 12-18 months if we can. Getting two new CB’s has to be the first priority though.

Im in two minds re Moura i think the reason he is standing out atm is mostly because he is hard working and direct and not reliant on having a role to perform as part of an attacking unit - so when the team is faltering he just gets on with doing what he does individually. I think a manager who would want to implement a specific way of playing would struggle to find a place for a player like him.

He's playing well though atm and you can't fault him for effort - but he's a bit

I think he does have a role, he’s the one constantly pressing winning the ball high up the pitch, he did it on more than one occasion again tonight....

Him and Lamela are similar in that sense. They both work very hard for the team and perform perhaps an unglamorous role. Moura for me has better end product, better dribbler, scores more goals. Moura absolutely deserves his place in the team right now.

Yeah I think that's just how he plays the game - hard working, closing down and direct running. Can he channel that dog chasing the ball type energy in to a more thought out structured approach? I have my doubts

I think he's much more than that, people are still thinking of the Lucas stuck out wide, where it was hard work but mostly ineffective.

In the middle, he brings tempo to the team, he presses high and is directly running at CBs. 9 goals and 7 assists also mean he's being effective.
